- Package
fees are for web site design only. They do NOT include
photo editing, writing of text or Logo design.
- The
client will need to provide their text and photos before
the project can be started.
- Package
fees do NOT include hosting fees paid to your internet
service provider. I will however help you find a suitable
host.
- If
your company logo is not camera ready there will be
an additional charge for cleaning up the artwork (see
Photo editing for cost).
50% of the estimated cost of your web site is payable
before any work is begun. The 50% is non-refundable.
- The
remaining balance is payable upon completion of the
site after it is uploaded and before submission to any
search engines.
- All
packages include 3 free hours of site maintenance to
correct any problems or make any changes during the
first 2 weeks after the web site has been uploaded.
After that any changes will come under the web site
maintenance fees.
- Maintenance
fees are payable at the time of service.
- Options
for payment: Payments may be made in the form of
cash, check, or money order. You may also pay by
credit card by using Pay Pal.®.

I must I also reserve the right to refuse to design
a web site that would be of an obscene or offensive
nature. (I.e. pornographic, violence, profanity).
